Asked Questions

Children ages 18 months to 26 are eligible. Disabled children over 26 may also qualify. Spouses are eligible, and domestic partners may qualify if in a legal civil union or registered partnership, depending on state laws.

Not at all. Vitable is not insurance—we’re a direct healthcare membership fully paid for by your employer. You can still use your insurance for services outside our scope.

We provide care for members ages 18 months to 64 years. Members 65+ can still sign up to cover eligible dependents, and our care team can help explore options for those outside our age range.

Vitable is not designed for emergency situations. If you’re experiencing a medical emergency, call 9-1-1 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

You won’t need a traditional ID card. Your Vitable pharmacy card is available in the app and is all you need to pick up prescriptions at participating pharmacies.
