Yes. Vitable supports broker-first enrollments. Brokers can stay on as the Broker of Record and continue to guide employees through enrollment using their preferred tools. Our platform supports this by helping employees identify the right plan and notifying the broker once a selection is made.
Vitable's HRA platform offers a dedicated enrollment dashboard built specifically to support brokers during enrollment season. While brokers can use the tool to track plan selections, manage banking details, and organize group enrollments, they will still need to process the actual enrollment through the carrier’s website, a third-party tool like HealthSherpa or Stride, or the state marketplace. This approach allows brokers to retain agent of record (AOR) status while streamlining the support process with Vitable’s centralized dashboard.
Our model is flexible. Brokers can choose to remain the Broker of Record and receive carrier commissions, or assign Vitable as the BOR and have us manage the full enrollment process. In both cases, a broker fee of your choosing can be added on top of Vitable’s admin fee. All fees are billed together, and broker payments are distributed monthly.
