Through this collaboration, HomeWell agencies now have the opportunity to offer caregivers access to flexible, affordable health benefits through Vitable Health. We have partnered with a number of HomeWell locations across the country to deliver benefit options that make sense for both employers and their teams. These include Virtual Primary Care memberships and Minimum Essential Coverage (MEC) plans, designed to meet compliance needs while remaining easy to use and accessible.

Virtual primary care is at the center of every Vitable Health plan. Caregivers are able to access unlimited virtual visits for everyday health needs without the usual barriers, helping them receive care when and where they need it. In addition to primary and urgent care, caregivers also have access to prescriptions, labs, and mental health coaching.
