Anti-Spam Policy

Vitable, Inc. ("Vitable") does not send, and does not permit anyone acting on its behalf to send, unsolicited bulk or commercial email. This policy explains how we market our products and services by email, what we prohibit, and how to report abuse. It applies to Vitable employees and contractors and to every agency, affiliate, partner, reseller, vendor, or other third party that promotes Vitable or links to vitablehealth.com.

1. Our commitment

Vitable prohibits advertising or promoting vitablehealth.com, or any Vitable product, service, or brand, through unsolicited bulk or commercial email ("spam") or any other unsolicited electronic message. We consider a message unsolicited if the recipient did not ask to receive email from Vitable and has no existing business relationship with us.

2. How we use email

We send commercial email only to people who have asked to hear from us, for example by registering for a webinar, submitting a form on our website, subscribing to a newsletter or resource library, or entering into a customer, broker, or partner relationship with Vitable.

Every commercial email we send:

  • clearly identifies Vitable, Inc. as the sender and is sent only from a domain that Vitable owns and operates (vitablehealth.com or vitablemarketing.com);
  • is authenticated with SPF and DKIM, and both of our sending domains publish DMARC records;
  • includes our physical mailing address; and
  • includes a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe requests are honored promptly and without charge.

3. What we do not do

  • We do not buy, rent, trade, or scrape email addresses, and we do not send to addresses obtained in those ways.
  • We do not register or use lookalike, "cousin," throwaway, or proxy domains to send email or to disguise the origin or destination of a message. Vitable sends email only from domains it owns and operates, vitablehealth.com and vitablemarketing.com, and every message identifies Vitable, Inc. as the sender.
  • We do not use deceptive subject lines, forged headers, or false "reply" or "follow-up" framing.
  • We do not hire or permit agencies, affiliates, or other third parties to send cold or unsolicited email on our behalf.

4. Third parties, affiliates, and partners

No agency, affiliate, partner, reseller, vendor, or other third party is authorized to send unsolicited email that promotes Vitable or links to vitablehealth.com. Any party that does so is acting without Vitable's authorization and in violation of this policy. Vitable will terminate its relationship with any such party and may report the activity to that party's email, hosting, and domain registration providers.

5. Reporting unsolicited email

If you receive an unsolicited email that advertises Vitable or links to vitablehealth.com, please forward it, including the full message headers, to marketing@vitablehealth.com. We investigate every report and will confirm the outcome to you on request.

6. Related policies

This policy supplements our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Where they overlap, the stricter provision applies to Vitable's email practices.
